1, in a responsible unit participate in the construction and optimization of organizational system processes;
2, the development and optimization of project quality assurance plan and supervise the implementation;
3, the audit process research and development projects;
4, organizational technical assessment related to development projects (check the input documents, organizing meetings, recording problems, alarms);
5, to participate in other activities related to the assessment phase of the project, supervise compliance review process;
6, the unit within the organization responsible for the training of quality management;
7. Review process involved in product development, quality management lessons learned;
8, to oversee the project or system implementation process metrics and statistics, analysis, and track improvements would require improved outcomes.
Qualification:
1, electronics, communications, software engineering and other related professional degree or above;
2, with more than five years of work experience, PQA more than 2 years work experience;
3, has a hardware / software experience and background experience in engineering and project management;
4, with strong communication skills and understanding;
5, familiar with or understand the IPD or CMMI model;
6, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
