Jiangsu Nanya Autocar Co., Ltd is a Nanjing - Fiat's predecessor,is Yuejin Motor Group Corporation and the Italian Fiat Motor Corporation joint venture,was established in April 1999.Total assets of nearly 30 billion, each holding 50%. The joint venture company is located in Hi-tech Industrial Park, Jiangning District, it covers an area of 640,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 270,000 square meters. The company developed a "one plan, and rolling development" strategy. The first phase designed annual production capacity of 60,000 cars.
