- PP Material Fume Hood resistant to acid, alkali and anti-corrosion properties, high temperature concentrated acid environment will not happen rust, yellowing, cracking phenomenon, applicable to all types of high purity laboratory.
1. The upper part of the cabinet: the main frame is made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene) sheet, after the same color homogeneity electrode welding. Excellent acid and alkali resistance, and excellent weather ability. At the top of the top-cover type exhaust design, baffle using homogeneous PP material, acid and alkali resistance vary. Scientific and rational dimensions, no dead air, to obtain maximum performance exhaust capture.
2. Worktop: fume hood tops and welded on the cabinet design, human-bit operating surface with a retaining spill treatment table tops can also be used with other materials according to customer demand; the sink configured according to user requirements.
3. The lower cabinet: Locker body, using porcelain white PP (polypropylene) sheet, formed by a bending process so that the column "square tube structure" and "T" type structure, get a good load-bearing capacity.
4. Move the door: stepless design, lightweight feel
a.Operating a window: a 5mm tempered glass production, excellent acid and alkali resistance.
b.adjust doorjamb: a gray PP c-slot, embedded binding.
c.Adjust the door suspension tightrope: Each fume hood damper cable connection.
d.Adjust the door counterweight: mining PP material counterweight box design.
5. The circuit arrangement:
a.switch: The integrated control panel with LCD functions, visualization and control parameters, including fan switch, lighting switch, the main power switch.
b.socket part: Each fume hood fitted with a splash-proof cover 220V10A outlet 2.
6.Other Accessories: door handles; door hinge; collection hood (standard 250mm outlet); diversion folder; pulley.

1、Service within warranty
Any problem under normal use within 2 years will be taken full responsibility by JIANGSU IDBURG ELECTRIC CO.,LTD, who will also bear the maintenance cost, including cost of labor, traveling and accessories etc. Note: Please keep manual and certificate properly.
Following circumstances are not included in the free repairing scope：
* Key lost or damaged by user.
* Part Damaged by improper use.
* Deformation of the appearance or paint peeling off caused by external factor after goods receipt
Note: As per circumstances above, user will bear cost of labor, traveling and accessories.
2、Service after warranty
Any malfunction after guarantee period, user will bear cost of accessories and traveling, time cost will get privileges according to the actual situation.
3、Emergency after-sale service
