In line with European STAWA-R standard and the US EPA standards, it is available for the risk rating for F / F + flammable, non-combustible material, and the risk rating of 1-3 grade of water pollutants;
With thick side of the border and the center of the load-bearing structure, very strong, it can be securely carrying oil drums, barrels and other chemicals stored in containers fully loaded;
When the grill is not loaded with non-slip surface rupture, removable grill, which will help to quickly deal with spill liquid;
In favor of keeping the floor dry to avoid slip and fall accidents;
There are slots for forklift and hydraulic car operation, convenient and safe handling.

Any problem under normal use within 2 years will be taken full responsibility by JIANGSU IDBURG ELECTRIC CO.,LTD, who will also bear the maintenance cost, including cost of labor, traveling and accessories etc. Note: Please keep manual and certificate properly.
Following circumstances are not included in the free repairing scope：
* Key lost or damaged by user.
* Part Damaged by improper use.
* Deformation of the appearance or paint peeling off caused by external factor after goods receipt
Note: As per circumstances above, user will bear cost of labor, traveling and accessories.
2、Service after warranty
Any malfunction after guarantee period, user will bear cost of accessories and traveling, time cost will get privileges according to the actual situation.
3、Emergency after-sale service
24-hour-service available, technical personnel will contact user after receiving e-mail /fax of repairing, to understand the fault phenomenon and to provide telephone guidance. Within two hours response for major fault , to arrive at the scene in two hours for users in Nanjing and Wuxi district, within 24 hours for other areas and resolve or adopt the other emergency response plan.
